1. When will my order be shipped?

We normally ship orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), but, please, allow for 5 business days. Please, refer to the Shipping Policy for more details.

2. Where are the puzzles made?

All Puzzle Way puzzles are made in the US. We may consider other countries for manufacturing in future.

3. Do you offer tracking number?

Yes, we do offer tracking number on all orders.

4. I have an idea on the design, where can I send it?
